You can make good money leasing out the crop land and have some of the best hunting you ever seen! But because that farm has over a mile of river frontage the taxes are pretty spendy, I think around $500-$600 a year!:D

To be fair only $5,000.00 is cash rent. The other 10 comes from running the brothel on site. It's easy money until one of the girls calls in sick and you have to fill in.
