I think Jeff showed me that farm when I bought my first MO farm about 6-7 years ago. If so, it was all in CRP, but was about to expire. Maybe not the same farm, but sure looks to be. Great farm, it was on my short list then, if the same place.

Could very well be.
I love the farm. Just don't hunt it like I wanted because I always end up hunting my big farm where I live. Moving equipment between the two place is a pain too..
I hunted it 3 times this year. I saw no less than 15 deer each hunt. Several 3 year olds just under 150 that all got passes.

Man...this is a dream property. If only it was more attainable for myself. Beautiful piece, shouldn't be hard to sell!
