240 acres Eagleville Missouri!

Bwoods, this may be what you are looking for!

That is a nice looking farm.

Looks like a great spot! Besides deer I bet it is a turkey mecca.

That does look nice!!

This farm has it all, good income, a place to stay. small fields surrounded by woods, pinch points galore, and the best part is, it has rarely been hunted the last 5 years. This guy owns a bunch of land in Buffalo county WI, and Houston County MN. Also owns a huge sporting goods store in Rochester MN. And I think he will take an offer Bwoods.

Willy if you loan me 600k I will let you hunt whenever you want!:)

I bet you could kill a deer or two there ever so often.

Does 4.5% with 20% down work for you? If so I am in.

What would be the closest town in Iowa...where you would cross the border?

I could go 2% down, but increase to 6% interest as long as all payments are deferred until 2085. :D

Lamoni, IA is the closest town in iowa that I would know of. You turn off just across the border in Missouri at the Eagleville exit on hwy 35. Go west about 4 miles then south about 4 miles.

This farm still out there??

Still shows available online.

What a dream place.

Highest offer so far has been $550,000

I think MN Fish should buy it!

MNFish, it's awesome.

Its good, no doubt!

The only draw back and it is not a draw back to me. Is the northwest 40 is hard to access. Coming from the south there is a large creek bottom that you have to go down and back up to get to that 40. It is not driveable with a 4 wheeler. The owner before this owner 10 years ago brought in a big backhoe and tried to cut the banks down to make a low water crossing which is common in MO. It was all rock and could not be done. The owner currently has permission to come in off the road from the west for access. I would make that 40 bedding and stay the hell out of there if it were mine. Only hunt the SE edge during the rut.

The other draw back was a cougar was seen in and around this property. Its sighting was confirmed by the MDC. But for some reason word is out that it is no longer wandering around that area.;)

Agree, access would be tricky on much of the farm.
