Took forever, but its signed and the closing is slated for Jan now! Never had a guy argue over so many petty things in my life on a vacant chunk of land! WTF?

So on to the next one!

But it ain't closed yet! And might not as this guy has not come up with any earnest money.

I hunted just North of Mt. Ayr on the east fork this year. Amazing area, great deer, and just an overall beautiful place to hunt.
Hope the new owner appreciates it. I'm sure it wasn't easy letting one go in that area :)
